Atwell is seeking a dedicated Sr. Project Engineer who is passionate about site / civil engineering and land development. In this pivotal role, you'll lead transformative projects and drive growth through your expertise and commitment to excellence.
In This Role, You Will :
Showcase Your Expertise : Apply your deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.Lead Projects : Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.Navigate Permitting : Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging your local expertise to streamline the process.Strategize Permitting : Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects.Engage & Grow : Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company's presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities.Drive Success : Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC / ABET Accredited University.Professional Certification : PE Licensure is required.Local Experience : Relevant work experience in Delaware is preferred.Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.Work Environment : Ability to work in our Newark, DE office on a hybrid schedule.Join us and be a key player in shaping our future through your engineering expertise and dedication.
