In This Role, You Will:
- Lead Projects: Take charge of site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Design & Analyze: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision to craft innovative designs and conduct thorough project analysis.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring that project outcomes consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Business Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities, contributing to the firm’s growth and success.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables adhere to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Professional Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in DE or PA.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Project Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
- Client Management: Strong skills in client relations and communication, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client needs.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
