Job Description:
As a Sale/Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with senior leadership and other teams to strategize and execute business development plans that align with the company’s overall objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with team to ensure alignment of business development strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business/Sales Development Rep or in a similar sales-oriented role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel.
