The SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER is responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, fromprocurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellentleadership and communication skills to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will oversee production planning to ensure seamless coordination betweensupply chain activities and production schedules.This position is responsible for the following main duties :
- Create and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company s goals andobjectives
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery ofmaterials
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely andcost-effective delivery of products
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiencyand reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achievedepartmental goals
