We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable by processing incoming invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Additionally, you will handle accounts receivable tasks, including managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. Your responsibilities will also include performing general ledger entries and maintaining up-to-date financial records. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience is required.
