Job Title :
Outside Sales Representative (Business Development) Indianapolis, Indiana territory / Ohio
Summary :
To visit current or prospective customers and performed assigned outside sales responsibilities :
1. Contact prospective and current customers to solicit sales for company products and services.
2. Follows up with sales leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns and other promotional efforts.
3. Travels to customer locations throughout the whole state to present company products, services, and pricing information.
4. Applies technical knowledge of company products, services, and pricing information.
5. Submits appropriate paperwork to management such as expense and call reports in accordance with training procedures.
6. Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long-term business relationships.
7. Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions.
8. Collects and reports competitive information to management.
9. Attends training activities and trade shows on behalf of company to present information regarding company products and services.
10. Initial training will be in our headquarters in Knoxville, TN.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
