Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, etc.).
Ensure that all floral designs meet client expectations in terms of style, quality, and freshness.
Maintain an organized and clean work area, including caring for flowers and plants.
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral selections.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that materials are ordered and stocked as needed.
Requirements :
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Florist Designer.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in floral design.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of floral care and handling practices.
