What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Helper / Ironer position at AtWork Group?
Our client is an industry leader in linen supply and rental for over 75 years. They deliver fresh,
clean linen, on time every time for customers from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR.
Activities : NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Responsibilities
Unload delivery of dirty linen onto carts to take into the clean linen room.
Launder medical, restaurant, and other garments and linens.
Inserting the linen into the ironer at a production rate.
Inserting the linen into baskets to transport to correct departments
Completely clean and disinfect soil sort area at end of shift.
Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Must be able to meet physical demands of the job including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to pass background and drug test
Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally.
Monday to Friday, Shift 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm Overtime needed (not required)
