Senior Construction Superintendent - Doral, Florida
We are seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to join a respected general contractor in Doral specializing in commercial and retail construction. This company is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and providing exceptional service to its clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee field operations and subcontractors at the project site.
Collaborate with Project Manager and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and enforce safety, health, and quality standards.
Manage daily project activities and schedule to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Communicate effectively with team, subcontractors, owners, and clients.
Procure materials, track orders, and plan inspections.
Qualifications :
7 years of experience in construction, as a Superintendent or similar role.
Experience in interior and residential buildouts.
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Bilingual (English / Spanish).
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and temporarily relocate out of state.
Preferred Certifications :
OSHA 30 Hr.
CPR / First Aid / AED Training.
