As a Staffing Coordinator at AtWork, you will play a pivotal role in our success by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to fill our clients' staffing needs across various industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities : Source and recruit candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough prescreens, interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Perform client safety reviews on-site and collaborate with clients to meet their staffing needs and specific job requirements. Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process including documents collection, drug screens, background checks, orientation, and ensuring new employees are prepared for their roles. Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records within our CRM. Manage social media accounts. Ensure all staffing activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and regulations. Greet walk-ins and provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure client relationship satisfaction. Answer phone calls and assist sales with calls when necessary. Qualifications : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with scheduling software, databases, and MS Office Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or staffing preferred Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Training provided What We Offer : Competitive base salary and additional commission on placements.
