We are looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at a leading agricultural manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the production and warehouse areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to safety protocols, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and experience in materials handling.1st shift Monday - Friday with occasional SaturdaysKey ResponsibilitiesForklift Operation : Safely operate a forklift to transport materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse and production floor. Ensure proper stacking and storage of goods to maximize space and prevent damage.Loading and Unloading : Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets of raw materials or finished products. Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling for shipping and storage.Inventory Management : Assist in the management of inventory by moving materials to and from storage areas. Support inventory counts and ensure proper documentation of materials moved.Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, safe forklift operation, and adherence to OSHA standards. Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.Material Handling : Move raw materials to production lines and ensure materials are available for continuous production. Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely material delivery.Equipment Maintenance : Perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the supervisor. Keep the forklift clean and in safe working condition.Quality Control : Ensure products are handled with care and maintain the integrity of materials.
