Role Overview
HC Forklift America (HCFA) is seeking a Sales Director to lead our expansion in the U.S. market, specializing in either Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) or forklifts . If you have proven expertise in forklift sales or AGV automation solutions , we want to hear from you!
As the Sales Director , you will drive strategic growth , expand our dealer network, and lead a high-performing sales team . Your role will focus on developing key customer relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and positioning HCFA as a leader in the material handling industry .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team , providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for either forklifts or AGVs, driving revenue growth
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, dealers, and industry leaders
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for expansion
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Stay up to date on forklift or AGV industry advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions
Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and budgets to ensure resource efficiency and sales target achievement
Qualifications
3 years of industry-specific sales experience in either forklifts or AGVs (experience in both is a plus!)
Proven track record in sales leadership , business development, and strategic growth
Deep industry knowledge in forklift equipment, AGVs, or automation solutions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support the sales team
