Position Overview :

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing client relationships and securing staffing partnerships. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with 2 4 years in the staffing industry who is eager to contribute to our success in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Conduct presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our staffing solutions.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications :

2 4 years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry.

Strong understanding of staffing solutions and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Microsoft Office Suite.
