Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products within the facility, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and organized. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts to move products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are used to prevent damage.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory levels and assist with order picking processes.
• Build and assemble pallets for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks within the distribution center.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology.
• Strong order picking skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
