Advertising Account Executive - Covington, KY - Full-time - $45k base uncapped commission! - Small Local Team!

Advertising Account Executive needed to help sell advertising and sponsorships for print, digital, social media and events. Looking for someone with experience selling advertising or sponsorships in a B2B environment. Local startup, so every hire is a critical member of the team!

Qualifications :

  • B2B sales experience - media sales experience would be a bonus
  • Proposal creation experience
  • Creativity
  • Strong communication - written and oral - abilities
  • No degree needed, but one in business or marketing wouldn't hurt

  • Great phone skills. A lot of the conversations you'll be having will be over the phone, so you have to

    • be good at talking on the phone, and enjoy it.

  • Consultative selling skills. The whole point of this job is to sell, so we need someone who can

    • execute in a consultative selling environment.

  • Networking in the community to meet new prospects and promote the group.
  • Clear communication with strategic partnerships coordinator, production and accounting staff to execute on sales closed.
  • Creative ideas for sponsorships and advertisers.
