Advertising Account Executive - Covington, KY - Full-time - $45k base uncapped commission! - Small Local Team!
Advertising Account Executive needed to help sell advertising and sponsorships for print, digital, social media, and events. Looking for someone with experience selling advertising or sponsorships in a B2B environment. Local startup, so every hire is a critical member of the team!
Qualifications :
B2B sales experience - media sales experience would be a bonus
Proposal creation experience
Creativity
Strong communication – written and oral – abilities
No degree needed, but one in business or marketing wouldn't hurt

Expectations :
Great phone skills. A lot of the conversations you’ll be having will be over the phone, so you have to be good at talking on the phone and enjoy it.
Consultative selling skills. The whole point of this job is to sell, so we need someone who can execute in a consultative selling environment.
Networking in the community to meet new prospects and promote the group.
Clear communication with the strategic partnerships coordinator, production, and accounting staff to execute on sales closed.
