In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and placing great talent while also building strong relationships with new and existing clients. It’s a mix of recruiting and sales, so you’ll be helping people find jobs and driving new business at the same time.
About the Role - What You'll Do :
- Connect with new and current clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Find, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right jobs.
- Present and "sell" candidates to clients, highlighting why they're a great fit.
- Help negotiate job offers, salaries, and placement terms.
- Keep a pipeline full of qualified candidates.
- Provide great service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Hit or exceed sales and placement goals.
