Job Type: Full-time; 4 days in-office & 1 day remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Pay: $25-26/Hourly pay plus monthly incentives and bonus potential!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Meet our SLA's and KPI's on a consistent basis
- Market service to clients and create hiring plans
- Engage in business development activities; client calls and visits
- Create effective job descriptions and publish ads
- Utilize various job boards and portals to source new candidates
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to be ready to present to hiring managers
- Make cold calls to prospective candidates and pre-screen
- Schedule in-person or video call interviews with potential candidates
- Collaborate with our marketing team on creating social media recruiting campaigns
- Attend job fairs and networking events
MUST HAVES:
- A minimum of 3 years experience sourcing candidates and interviewing where your primary role was/ is a Recruiter, Non-HR role
- High volume of candidate sourcing experience - REQUIRED
- Proficient with various job boards and Google Sheets
- Experience sourcing through different channels and performing boolean searches
- Customer service oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and competitive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills
- Must have a valid CA driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
