Our client offers flexible circuit solutions that are ideal for applications that demand reliability in a lightweight, ultra-compact design, like these : Medical devices, Semiconductor test equipment, Biosensors and implants, Biosensors and implants, ultrasound and ultrasonic sensors.The Manufacturing Technician performs Manufacturing activities including producing and testing products, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing processes.Responsibilities : Operate complex processes and / or provide technical support for the manufacturing area to which they are assignedSet up and Operate complex or precision processes and equipment as assigned.Test Product using such equipment as Network Analyzers as assignedSubject matter expert for a given process, Provide technical support and oversight to production in order to meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals.Resolve production issues using root cause analysis and establish corrective actions.Build and tests engineering samples and prototypes under supervision.Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production processesOversee R&D production runs to validate manufacturing processes. Develops / maintains / updates Work instructions and other related documentation.SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English.Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings preferred.Manufacturing experience in a custom make-to-order environmentSome Experience with Lean / Six Sigma Tools is preferred, but not required.Proficient in MS Office, experience with ERP system preferred, but not required.Participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S-related performance teams.
