Job Description

This is an entry-level sales position in San Antoniowith clear and direct advancement to the Energy Consultant position, offering immense growth potential with a growing company. Applicants with previous canvassing or solar sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Your primary responsibility will be lead generation via door-to-door canvassing and managing your pipeline. You'll be directly marketing to homeowners and setting up meetings with our solar energy experts. No sales experience is necessary—training will be provided.

This is a performance-based position with a realistic annual income potential of $60k-$120k, with direct advancement and training to the Energy Consultant position and closing your own accounts within 3-6 months. There are multiple opportunities to increase your compensation through performance goals and bonuses. Advancement and growth are based on clearly defined, production-based metrics, and are realistically attainable within 3-6 months (we’ve had top performers advance within 30 days).

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mission? Simple: Go door-to-door, talk to homeowners about how they can save money and energy by switching to solar power, and set up appointments for our expert consultants. We’ll train you, guide you, and ensure you’re set up to succeed. Even if you’ve never sold anything before (no experience necessary), we’ll get you there.

Commission: Earn $100 per sit you set up. The more appointments you set, the more you earn!

Bonus Opportunities: Hit your goals, and unlock additional rewards.

Promotion Potential: Work hard, and within 3-6 months, you could level up to Energy Consultant and start closing deals while earning more cash!

Requirements

• Energetic Self-Starter: You’re motivated and ready to dive in. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them!
• People Person: Comfortable striking up conversations with strangers (no cold calling, just friendly chats!).
• Positive Attitude: You’ve got the energy, drive, and a smile that could light up a whole neighborhood.
• Experience? Not required! But if you've worked in customer service, hospitality, or any kind of sales experience, that’s a bonus!
• Driver’s License: You need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be cruising around Austin and surrounding areas).

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• Flexible hours—so you can still make it to happy hour or your favorite weekend activities.
