The Role: Entry-Level Solar Lead Generator
This is an entry-level position designed for those looking to grow into a full Energy Consultant role with a clear path to advancement. If you have previous experience in canvassing or solar sales, we want to hear from you, but no experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Door-to-door canvassing to generate solar leads and set meetings for our expert Energy Consultants.
- Pipeline Management: Work with prospects to schedule consultations and grow your pipeline.
- Performance-Based Growth: Potential to advance to the Energy Consultant role within 3-6 months based on performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Income Potential: $60k - $120k, depending on performance
