Responsibilities:

Source and secure high-paying freight loads for drivers, negotiating competitive rates.

Manage broker relations, ensuring optimal terms for both drivers and clients.

Oversee truck documentation and regulatory compliance.

Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to clients and addressing any issues.

Maintain consistent communication with drivers, offering guidance and resolving concerns.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and brokers to ensure repeat business.

Serve as a reliable point of contact, contributing to the overall success of drivers on the road.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the trucking industry.

Strong negotiation skills to secure premium freight rates.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Familiarity with trucking regulations and operational paperwork.

Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.76 - $27.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
