ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of the guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facility, and offices. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will contribute to guests’ and fellow teammates’ positive experiences at Element Opelika, AL by:

• Treating guests in a hospitable and welcoming manner.
• Repairing deficiencies in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Working with local fire safety personnel to ensure the fire safety system is working properly.
• Being a team player by assisting and encouraging your teammates.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be competent in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, masonry, etc. You must also have:

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• Customer Service background
• Authorized to work in the United States
