Well established family office that serves ultra high net worth clients nationally is looking for an accounting professional for a dynamic growth oriented financial position. We provide comprehensive investment and financial management services including wealth management, alternative investments and concierge services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in entity accounting, financial reporting and tax preparation /coordination. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts receivable/payables, coordinate third party tax preparation services, financial reporting and provide general financial/business support to colleagues and clients.
- Communicate and support management and client inquiries and requests
- Manage distributions and transfers of cash and other financial assets
- Manage office management support services
- Work with our investment team on tracking and monitoring investments
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial and operating processes
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in business accounting, tax preparation/coordination and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using financial software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principals
- Ability to solve problems
-Four year degree in accounting or finance
- 3 or more years direct experience preferably in an accounting firm
