This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for performing accounting tasks for a portfolio of our clients. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly analytical review, variance analysis and financial statement preparation for a portfolio of properties.
- Serve as primary financial contact for properties assigned.
- Draft annual projections and budgets and participate in year-end work paper preparation.
- Reconcile bank account statements.
- Assist in the filing of annual taxes and financial statement preparation.
- Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Process and reconcile client billing.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
