Qualifications
- Five or more years’ operating experience as a Director of Operations within a luxury hotel environment, preferably resort
- Experience overseeing both Rooms and Food & Beverage
- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Desire to become a future General Manager within Auberge Resorts with the ability to relocate for your next opportunity
