Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and Direct Calls: Respond to all incoming calls efficiently and courteously, directing them to the correct department or individual.
- Message Handling: Accurately record and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Wake-Up Calls: Schedule and execute wake-up calls as requested by guests, ensuring reliability and punctuality.
- Emergency Procedures: Be well-versed in hotel emergency procedures, acting as a central communication point during emergencies and providing clear instructions to guests and staff
- Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining call logs, updating directories, and supporting other departments as needed Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or communications is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant speaking voice and professional telephone etiquette.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PBX systems and basic computer applications.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing outstanding service, with the ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest concerns and emergencies with tact and efficiency.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in a 24/7 operation.
