Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow company and department policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the restaurant
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
- At least 1 year of server experience
