Auberle Seeks: Case Aide
Auberle is growing, we are excited to begin the Launch of our newest program The Family Healing Center!

Auberle operates over 20 programs in 10 Western PA counties with 200 staff members and a $16M budget.
Auberle provides a continuum of services for children, youth, families and the community. A priority of each program area is effectively securing and facilitating the provision of community services and opportunities. This may include, but is not limited to, medical, therapeutic, visitation, educational, and employment services. Each program utilizes Case Aide support as needed to successfully access such services.
Key Objectives:
- Provide transportation to children, youth and families as assigned
- Immediately and thoroughly communicate all Case Aide activity as the program area requires
- Demonstrate an understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity of consumers, volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders throughout the provision of services.
- Coordinate visitation as assigned.
- Function as a team member and complete duties as assigned within each program area as needed
- Promote the Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy and maintain all Quality Improvement goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as the leadership may direct

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required; and experience working and/or volunteering with children, youth or families, preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random drug screens
- Meets the required Skills and Abilities described herein
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Random drug testing may be conducted to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace
