In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.
Program Description:
The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.
Position Title and Overview:
Case Manager / Social Worker

Assist clients and families with enrollment in benefits such as SNAP, WIC, Medicare, housing assistance, and other needs identified during intake.

Accompany clients to court hearings, including legal and Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) proceedings, ensuring they are supported and informed.

Facilitate access to community resources such as food banks, diaper banks, and other essential services.

Maintain accurate documentation of all client and family activities in the Electronic Health Record and KIDS systems for continuity of care and compliance.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.
The travel required for this position is minimal.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
-
Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
-
Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or other related fields.

Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.

Experience in the drug and alcohol field preferred.

Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.
Salary : $21 - $23
