What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Family Healing Center position at Auberle?
Serve as the central point of coordination for all administrative functions at the Family Healing Center, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, trauma-informed residential setting.
Manage client intake processes, documentation, and data entry with precision and confidentiality, supporting compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinate schedules, transportation, and appointment logistics for clients, while maintaining clear communication with staff, clients, and external partners.
Oversee supply management, including tracking and fulfilling client requests for essential items, and streamline ordering processes to meet client needs efficiently.
Utilize strong problem-solving and organizational skills to support program effectiveness, build client trust, and ensure timely resolution of administrative challenges.
Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily located in Mt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is minimal.

Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
Highschool Graduate/GED
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn and navigate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, EHR platforms).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve with minimal supervision
. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
The facility operates 24/7, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be required. This position typically follows an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
