Supervisor - Housing Case Management

Description

• Engage in supervision with frontline staff to facilitate solutions for housing obstacles.
• Actively monitor all team members’ productivity, provide supervision, feedback, and other performance improvement steps as needed to ensure individual and team goals are met.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily data reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with timely submission to DHS/HUD, HMIS, and Auberle.
• Participate in monthly finance meetings, monitor progress towards budget goals and expenditures.
• Assures all relevant information pertaining to participants is disseminated to appropriate parties in a timely fashion.
• Monitor program staffing needs and participate in hiring and orientation of new staff, corrective action, and termination as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, landlords, service providers, and agencies to enhance housing opportunities and support services for participants.

Location and Travel Requirements:

This position is primarily located in McKeesport. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.

The travel required for this position is frequent.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call and coverage for on-call shifts as needed.
• Graduate degree preferred, bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or related field; or three to five years of experience working in social services with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with HUD, Homeless Advisory Board and HMIS strongly preferred.
• Experience working with displaced, underserved, and vulnerable populations and must follow housing first and trauma informed principles.
• Completion of SFW/LSFW certification preferred or required within first year.

Salary : $49,000 - $59,000
