The Chief Estimator role is critical to our sustained success. You will work closely with the General Manager and Ownership.
You have excellent Project Management skills: you can identify and oversee all resources, tasks, systems and people to obtain results. You are an expert at Time and Priority Management: prioritizing and completing tasks in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames. You are a Self Starter with strong Personal Accountability and Customer Focus.

The person in this role is required to:
- Lead a team of estimators in a fast-paced environment.
- Know all aspects of the commercial millwork estimating process, including reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
- Understand job costing and installation.
- Review estimates generated by staff for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit estimates in a timely manner.
Other responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain vendor relationships and customer relationships.
- Continually train the estimating staff.
- Attend pre-bid meetings to gain familiarity with the project scope.

Education: The successful candidate may likely have an MBA, but significant high level operational experience with a bachelor’s degree may also meet the requirements.
Pay rate: While the stated range is wide, actual compensation will be based on proficiency.
