Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in eight (8) states and nationally through a network of law firms.
The firm seeks a California licensed attorney for litigation matters in California. The position is remote and will be supported by a team of attorneys and non-attorney professionals in the firm's Atlanta office. While remote, the position may require in court and virtual court appearances.
Qualifications :
- California bar license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation within California courts
- Knowledge of creditors' rights and collection law preferred, but not required
