Position Overview:
As an BDC Representative you’ll play a crucial role in setting appointments for customers servicing cars and light-duty trucks. Your expertise will help ensure our customers are back on the road safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to request for a service appointment via phone, text or email.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Send appointment reminders.
- Conduct outbound calls such as for safety recall, recommended services, special order parts, etc.
- Answer phone call and responded to emails and text in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Enty-level no prior call center experience required but a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Must have excellent follow through and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- $20 to $25 per hour
