The Recreation Manager provides direct support to in the overall operation of the recreation department. The Recreation Department includes the Recreation Supervisors, Recreation Attendants, and Tennis Attendants. The Recreation Manager is primarily responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operation of these areas including the holidays where we have a number of special events for our guests and also assists in strategic planning for the department. The Recreation Manager is also responsible for the training of new staff and ongoing development for incumbent staff, scheduling and payroll of staff, and handling associate relations issues such as disciplinary actions when necessary. The Recreation Manager carries out and assigns tasks to the staff as necessary in the daily activities. Weekends and evenings are required.
