What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Healthcare - Start ASAP! position at Aucera?
We are looking to fill customer service positions asap. Our representatives will be handling calls from medical offices, providing the current status of an upcoming procedure. Typically, our representatives will be providing information on whether the procedure is pending, authorized or denied.
This position is Monday - Friday and you will be off on Holidays.

Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Excellent computer skills demonstrating the ability to mutli-task and utilize dual screens.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen requirements
