About the role
2025 AuctaneU Summer Internship Program
Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university
Interviews : On a rolling basis through March, 2025
First Day of onsite Orientation : June 3, 2025
Last day of the Internship Program : August 7, 2025
This is a paid internship
Ability to work 40 hours per week (except for the week of July 4th)
Position is hybrid in Austin, TX (Monday & Friday remotely & Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in-office)
In this internship you will report directly to the General Manager of Stamps.com. You will work on a variety of projects in multiple areas.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct competitive analysis on other shipping and postage software companies
- Research industry trends to inform strategy
- UI / UX : test new features and work with Product team to iterate
- Data analysis on product usage to inform strategy
- Conduct user interviews
- Review marketing materials, on-site and in-UI copy and other content to ensure quality
