For more, visit www.auctionedge.com We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience Team in either a hybrid role based out of our Franklin, TN office or as a remote position.Account Management OverviewAuction Edge offers in-depth consultative account management to our most valued stakeholders who benefit from a primary business partner who assists in growing their auction business through the successful utilization of the Auction Edge suite of products, services, integrations, and systems. The Account Manager will be an integral member of the Auction Edge Customer Experience team, reporting directly to the Managerof Customer Enablement. The ideal candidate will be a proven business relationship builder within the automotive and / or auctionindustry, excelling in a consultative role. Account Managers are responsible for delivering training, support, and transformativecoaching through comprehensive analysis, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of the auction business and itsobjectives. This role requires a dedication to fostering client success and driving business growth through the effective utilization ofAuction Edge's suite of products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary strategic account lead for key clients, including national, complex auction customers on all products, systems, and services offered by Auction Edge. This includes issue resolution and ensuring their goals are met through tailored solutions and proactive support.Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights for internal teams to enhance products and services.Act as advisor / analyst to customers in recommending solutions, managing customer requests, assessing the business, and identifying opportunities for growth by leveraging the AE suite of products, systems, and services.Facilitate regular performance reviews and scorecard discussions with clients to align on progress and future goals.Elevate the customer experience through strategic problem-solving, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence.Lead efforts to identify and address customer pain points, proposing innovative solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.Apply deep knowledge of auction operations to advise customers on effectively integrating Auction Edge solutions into their workflows.Stay abreast of industry trends, leveraging insights to anticipate customer needs and inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer strategies are operationally sound and align with Auction Edge's priorities.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Manage through influence various boundary partners and professionals to set clear expectations and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives.Monitor and manage the priority and escalation of support and / or system enhancement requests.Utilize the Account Management rigor and toolset for documenting and visibility to account activity and a cohesive customer experience.Partner with the Install / Training team to ensure customer satisfaction during implementation and installments of Edge services and products for assigned auctions. Account Management will support implementation by pre / post analysis and ensure holistic program alignment.Develop open, honest, direct relationships with the auction staff and regularly connect on business and relationship topics.Demonstrate the value proposition of Edge solutions to help inform and educate customers on new products and service offerings.Maintain comprehensive records of auction relationships, including visits and account overview calls, using Edge's CRM platform.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with assigned auctions through exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.Proven expertise in building and maintaining internal relationships creating a collaborative and supportive work environment across departments.Extensive experience with auction management systems and / or other auction-facing products and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of these tools.Proven track record of managing issue resolution that requires interaction with customers and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of assigned customers through the entire client relationship lifecycle, ensuring success and high customer retention levels.Proficiency in utilizing the Account Management rigor and toolset for documenting and visibility into account activity, ensuring a cohesive and transparent customer experience.Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of researching and interpreting business metrics to present to clients to discover opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Competence in facilitating and leading customer-facing meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals and progress.Familiarity with CRM software, enabling efficient management of customer relationships and data.A high school diploma or GED is required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.Proficient in the utilization of 'office' productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)Highly proficient with executive presence, including but limited to high-quality, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsComprehensive knowledge of all facets of auction operations and the automotive industry, enabling effective decision-making and strategic planning.Established relationships within the auction community, fostering collaboration and trust.Demonstrated experience in business consulting, providing expert advice and solutions to drive client success and business growth.Proven ability to solve complex problems, conduct thorough research, and interpret business metrics to present actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.Familiarity with support and ticket management softwareBachelor's degree preferredAuction Edge Benefits?
