We are currently seeking a detail-orientated and organized Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Franklin, TN . This will be a hybrid position. Two days in the office per week will be typical. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and adherence to company policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain efficient workflows and excellent relationships.This person will manage the outgoing expenses as well as assist with the accounting operations of the company.
Responsibilities
- Participate and contribute to day to day and long-term Accounting processes
- Support month end and year end close process
- Manage Accounts Payable by working in Coupa and Netsuite to process, validate, obtain approval, and payment of invoices
- Ensure that invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time.
- Reconcile payable reports daily.
- Solve payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation.
- Analyze data to prepare regularly scheduled and specialized AP reports, analyses, and statements for management review.
- Act as a liaison for suppliers, internal departments, and management to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Manage and maintain travel and expense report process through Concur
- Communicate with internal and external teams in regards to AP
- Prepare imports and exports from various databases for Coupa and Netsuite
- Demonstrate ability to take ownership of performance, tasks and behavior
- Work closely with Finance leadership on various projects to institute organizational change
- Work with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Implement accounting policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
