Job Description
The Brand Experience Manager will manage all APNA Brand Activations including Product launches and collaborations and Brand Activations via our Brand Pillars (Art, Gastronomy, Music).
- Ensure consistency and alignment of the Brand activations with the Global and APNA Brand strategy, respecting allocated budgets and liaising with all respective departments involved in ensuring the success of the brand experiences.
- Emphasis on the client experience ensuring the highest quality standards respecting the brand DNA emphasizing on forward-thinking, free-spirited, and uncompromising.
- Execute, organize, and manage the events, the projects and the production agencies and vendors.
- Maintain and work with the best-in-class production agencies and keep up with all new trends and technologies to keep AP as exclusive and high end in terms of high touch experiences.
- Manage Brand Experience budget, PO's, Opex, budget follow-up and reporting to HQ.
- Manage the proper RFP and reporting process for all Brand activations.
- Present Brand objectives, strategy, timing and budget.
- Prepare and present new Brand Activations concepts along with budget presentations.
- Lead all steps of the projects, timings, action plan and budget.
- Research, select and coordinate the various venues, vendors, and production agencies.
- Ensure the proper execution of the brand activation as well as its follow-up.
- Measure ROI, lead post event recap and feedback consolidation.
- Be responsible and accountable for the entirety of the project as well as its management.
- Keeping the management team and all stakeholders informed of the progress of the event as well as last minute issues to bring solutions.

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $110k-$130k annually. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
