High school degree or GED or higher, work-related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.

- Process bi-weekly payrolls.
- Review time cards and make corrections.
- Maintain employee records.
- Process new hire packets and terminations timely.
- Reconcile schedules.
- Manage and document petty cash transactions.
- Respond to employee inquiries timely.
- Participate in monthly account closings.
- Prepare various reports as requested.
- Update financial records.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Be capable of speaking with customers or employees; reading/understanding manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety regulations; and writing reports and other correspondence.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Be professional and courteous in attitude, wardrobe and grooming.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- CDK experience preferred.
