Audi Cape Fear is offering an opportunity to a strong candidate as an  Inventory Assistant /  Technologist / Document Processor.

This role is a full time hourly position which includes a variety of responsibilities related to Sales Department support. The applicant must have excellent communication organizational and customer service skills consistent with the needs of a high line brand. Duties include :

• General assistance with Customer Facing and Internal Sales, including Departmental Operations such as used vehicle handling and preparation, maintaining parking lot state of order, parked vehicle alignment and legal compliance standards for all vehicles offered for sale.
• Assist the Sales department in ensuring that our inventory is properly merchandised on our lot and online at all times. You will work closely with our full time Inventory Specialist.
• To elevate, maintain and protect the Audi customer experience by upholding Audi brand standards supported by strong product knowledge while providing high levels of customer care, service and support in a manner consistent with dealership culture.
• To perform follow up vehicle orientations and tutorials that assist customers in becoming familiar with the various safety and convenience features in their newly acquired vehicle at the point of sale (Vehicle Delivery) and thereafter (Aftersales Support). Deliveries could be offsite including but not limited to Myrtle Beach, Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
• Assist the Sales Managers in preparation of customer documents after being signed. Duties include but not limited to organizing, scanning, and filing customer documents in order to ensure proper title work and lender funding packages.
