Location : Winston-Salem, NC 27101
Duration : 18 Months Contract
Ray Range : $20.00 / hr
Job Description :
- Ability to provide excellent client service by answering inquiries accurately, professionally, and promptly.
- Strong accuracy in reviewing, verifying, and boarding loan packages, ensuring all required documentation is complete and correct.
- Proficiency in researching, resolving issues, and supporting dealer clients with discrepancies or incomplete loan packages.
- Capability to mentor, train, and assist team members while independently handling complex tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities or demands.
