Audience Development Strategies (ADS) is seeking a motivated Association Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of clients in event planning and association management.
About Us
At ADS, we specialize in association management, supporting all aspects of trade groups and professional societies as well as planning our own conferences and trade shows. Our team works with industry leaders to expand association membership, optimize revenue streams, put on events and meetings of all sizes and facilitate communications between ADS staff, association boards or directors and members.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of 1-2 client associations, ensuring seamless communication and membership engagement.
- Assist in coordinating member outreach, events, and digital initiatives.
- Maintain databases, track membership trends, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interest or experience in association management, administration, marketing, media, or account coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics is a plus. A willingness to learn new systems is a must.
