Role Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Manager of Strategic Media Planning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel media strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform planning decisions, and working collaboratively across teams to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a passion for media strategy and a track record of delivering innovative, results-driven solutions. This role also includes an element of new business development, requiring strong sales experience.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in media strategy, digital planning, sales, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing and/or buying digital media across programmatic, search, and/or social platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for turning insights into compelling presentations.
  • Familiar with presentation platforms (PPT, Keynote, Google Slides) and ability to visualize and build slides for client decks. 
  • Familiarity with media planning tools such as GWI, eMarketer, Google Analytics, and DSPs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Client-facing experience with a strong ability to present and sell strategic ideas.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business and upsell/cross sell opportunities.
