We’re looking for a full-time Technical Writer for our West Jordan, Utah office!
The Technical Writer is responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that supports the development, manufacturing, and usage of products. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including engineering, quality, production, and sales teams to ensure all technical materials, such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and training materials, are well-written, easily understood, and aligned with company standards.
Duties Include :
- Create and Maintain Documentation – Develop user manuals, technical guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation.
- Translate Complex Information – Convert technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for different audiences, including end-users, developers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Teams – Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure Consistency and Compliance – Maintain consistency in documentation style and structure, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Update and Revise Content – Keep documentation up to date with product changes, process improvements, or software updates.
- Support Training and Communication – Assist in developing training materials, FAQs, and internal communications to enhance user understanding.
