How you'll Contribute :

8-10 years of experience designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences, particularly in ambiguous problem spacesPassionate about representing the customer's voice, motivated by ownership and autonomy, and adept at simplifying complex industriesExperienced in taking on responsibilities beyond traditional product design, such as writing PRDs, conducting user research, running bug bashes, and creating dashboards to measure user engagementSkilled in designing and shipping iterative solutions while aligning with long-term product and UX goals, with excellent attention to detail in usability, visual design, universal design, and content design principlesProficient in tools like Figma, JoyUI (by MUI), GitHub / Git / VSCode, Jira, and Heap, with a willingness to explore and implement new tools and processesExperienced in partnering with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended, reviewing PRs, contributing to design systems, and occasionally making UX-specific front-end improvementsFamiliarity with designing and running user research studies, both generative and for usability, and leveraging insights to inform the user experienceThrive in environments fostering inclusion, collaboration, creativity, experimentation, and personal growthAdept at establishing processes from ambiguity, managing concurrent workstreams, and overseeing the successful realization of project goalsHave a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and intuitive interactions, with particular experience designing data-centric enterprise desktop applicationsOur Values :
