Summary:

Audiology Concepts is a privately-owned, patient-centered Audiology practice with seven clinic locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The primary job function of the Audiology Technician is to promote better hearing by coordinating all aspects of the lab at Audiology Concepts. The Audiology Technician is an important part of our team and contributes to the success of our company in a number of ways. This is a support role that has a direct impact on the level of patient care our hearing health care providers are able to provide for their patients. We take pride in being the best hearing practice in terms of patient care and customer service.

This position is full-time working primarily in our Edina, MN location.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage lab space

• Responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving.
• Order and restock supplies throughout the office.
• Submit orders for repairs and new devices to manufacturers.
• Keep lab space clean and organized.

Basic troubleshooting and repair of hearing aids

• Check in repairs and new hearing aids when received in-office.
• Conduct electro-acoustic tests on hearing aids.
• Assist with walk-in clean and checks.

Back up the PCC group when needed

• Schedule appointments and manage clinic schedule.
• Complete administrative work timely and accurately.
• Handle incoming patient phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Those who have been successful in this position often have an underlying interest in Audiology and a desire to either become an Audiologist or work in the hearing industry in the future. We are happy to provide all the support we can if this is your aim.
• Ability to work well in a team to help build and strengthen a successful clinic location
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is $17-$22/hour. It is a full-time position with regular hours between 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
