Location: Full-time/ Part-time, On-site role in Apex, NC
Audiology of Apex is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, the Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, addressing patient inquiries, managing records, and ensuring a positive and seamless patient experience from start to finish.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is highly desirable.
Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a positive and patient-centered attitude.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with patients, medical staff, and visitors.
